Refund Policy

At ArickFit, all merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or incorrect orders due to customer input.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a Printful error (wrong item, misprint, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll work with Printful to offer a replacement at no additional cost to you.

To request a replacement, email us at [your email] with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A description of the problem

We do not accept returns. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved due to damage or defect, shipping will be covered.
